With Tim Fosu-Mensah and Odion Ighalo both leaving Manchester United in this winter transfer window, another player has joined both players on the list.
Jesse Lingard is the next player to leave United this transfer window as he joins Premier League rivals West Ham United on loan for the rest of the season.
The midfielder finds it hard to break into the Red Devils’ starting line up this season with a move away from the club being the best option for both parties.
The England international will team up with United former boss David Moyes who is currently the Hammers manager.
West Ham United released an official statement on their website to confirm the arrival of Lingard from the second-placed team on the Premier League table.
“West Ham United are pleased to confirm the signing of England international Jesse Lingard on loan until the end of the 2020/21 season,” the club stated.
Lingard will hope to find his form back with the Hammers but he won’t available for the London side’s clash with defending champions Liverpool.
