Arsenal-bound youngster Victor Ozhianvuna has said goodbye to Shamrock Rovers after making his final appearance for the Irish club.
The highly rated teenager is expected to complete his move to Arsenal during the January 2027 transfer window.
The Gunners reportedly reached an agreement to sign Ozhianvuna in October 2025.
However, he was still 16 at the time and could not immediately join his new club.
The youngster turns 18 in January 2027, paving the way for the transfer to be finalised.
Ozhianvuna has remained with Shamrock Rovers while waiting for the move to London.
With the club’s season now over, he has taken to social media to pay tribute to the team where he spent 11 years developing as a footballer.
In an emotional Instagram message, the teenager reflected on his journey from the academy to senior football.
“After 11 amazing years, I’m saying goodbye to the club where I’ve made memories that I’ll never forget,” Ozhianvuna wrote.
His departure marks the end of a significant chapter in his young career as he prepares for a new challenge in England.
Arsenal have reportedly agreed a four-and-a-half-year contract with the attacking talent.
The proposed deal would keep him at the North London club until 2031.
Ozhianvuna’s arrival is expected to add another promising young player to Arsenal’s development plans.
The EPL side have continued to invest in emerging talent as they look to strengthen their squad for the future.
Although the transfer is not yet officially complete, his farewell message suggests that his time at Shamrock Rovers has come to an end.
