With the transfer window open until 1 September, there is plenty of time for more to come. Here\u2019s a look at what we know so far.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tottenham Lead The Summer Spending<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After a disappointing 17th-place finish last season, Tottenham are looking at an extensive rebuild to avoid another relegation battle. So far, we\u2019ve seen Sandro Tonali arrive from Newcastle for around \u00a3100 million, and Mateus Fernandes has joined from West Ham for close to \u00a385 million. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Defender Jan Paul van Hecke has also joined the north London team, as well as Andrew Robertson, Marcos Senesi, and Martin Dubravka. So far, the club has spent around \u00a3250 million.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tonali and Fernandes will give more control, passing range and greater physical strength in midfield, while Van Hecke and Senesi offer new defensive options. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supporters assessing how these changes may affect the coming campaign can <a href=\"https:\/\/wepari.com\/en\/line\/football\">bet for football <\/a>after considering whether so many arrivals will settle quickly enough to improve results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Chelsea Breaks the British Transfer Record<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To date, it\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stakegains.com\/blogs\/confirmed-chelsea-agree-deal-with-young-defender\/\">Chelsea <\/a>that has the most expensive summer signing. As well as Rogers, we have also seen Marco Palestra, Geovany Quenda, Emmanuel Emegha, and Dastan Satpaev arrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Significant departures have helped offset some of that spending. Marc Cucurella has joined Real Madrid, Andrey Santos has moved to Manchester United, and Tyrique George has signed for Everton. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, Jesse Derry and Harrison Murray-Campbell have left on loan. Chelsea is therefore continuing to reshape the squad rather than making minor adjustments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Arsenal Add Tzolis To Their Attack<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To date, Arsenal have confirmed the signing of Christos Tzolis from Club Brugge. The winger joined on 23 July and cost \u00a334 million. More confirmed moves are also expected throughout the rest of July.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Manchester Clubs Spend Heavily<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elliot Anderson has become Man City\u2019s record signing. They have paid Notts Forest a reported \u00a3116 million for the in-form midfielder. During the new coach\u2019s first transfer window, he has also secured Mathys Detourbet, Jeremy Monga, and goalkeeper Pierce Charles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Manchester United have signed Youri Tielemans, Karl Darlow, Tynan Thompson and Andrey Santos, who reportedly cost \u00a350 million from Chelsea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Casemiro has moved in the opposite direction by leaving United for Inter Miami on a contract running until 2027, with an option for two additional years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supporters tracking early-season predictions and expectations can find football markets through platforms such as <a href=\"https:\/\/wepari.com\/en\">wepari.com<\/a> once fixtures and team selections provide clearer information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Liverpool And European Giants Strengthen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The defender Jeremy Jacquet has cost Liverpool around \u00a360 million, and the team has also added Victor Munoz. Liverpool has been selective with this transfer window, with the aim being to firm up specific positions on the pitch.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Barcelona have signed Anthony Gordon from Newcastle United for approximately \u20ac80 million, adding pace and direct running to their forward line. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Real Madrid have recruited Cucurella, Bernardo Silva, Ibrahima Konate and Denzel Dumfries, while Bayern Munich have signed Eintracht Frankfurt left-back Nathaniel Brown. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AC Milan have also made a major attacking investment by bringing in Goncalo Ramos from Paris Saint-Germain for a reported \u20ac74 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>More Business Still To Come<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">July has already produced record fees, major rebuilding projects and several unexpected departures, but the window remains far from finished. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Michael Olise, Julian Alvarez and Yan Diomande are among the leading players still linked with possible moves, while clubs returning from World Cup-related delays are expected to accelerate negotiations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Late opportunities, injuries and unsuccessful pre-season experiments could all change recruitment priorities during August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The strongest signs so far are that the Premier League is willing to spend heavily on proven domestic talent.
