Zidane: Not playing Isco is complicated

After being a clear man of the match against Deportivo La Coruna, Isco's form has given Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane a selection headache, something he admitted to in his pre-match press conference for the Valencia game.
A common theme of question was along the lines of how could the coach even consider dropping the midfielder after his sparkling performance.
"I have been a player and I always played or almost always," Zidane began.
"Not being involved in every game is complicated but I try to talk to the players about it.
"We have a game on Saturday and another on Tuesday, Isco is ready and I'm confident in him.
"There are many parameters to take into account [before each game]; How the player is, how the opponent is playing...
"I have many options that are very good and that's one of the advantages of this team."
The notion of an 'A' and 'B' team was also put to bed by the Frenchman.
"From the beginning I knew that I had an extraordinary team," he continued.
"They are all involved, I need all of them and they know that this is Madrid - we play in every game...LaLiga, the Champions League...
"What we all want is the same thing and everyone can think or say what they like and whether they should play more or less, but I have to choose."
Much has been made of Real Madrid's visit to Malaga on the final day of the season with spurious suggestions that if Los Blancos are still in the hunt for the title at that point, that they may find the game a little easier on the day.
"It's noise and I'm not interested," is all Zidane would say on the matter.
