Manchester United manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, will be without Paul Pogba, when they take on AZ Alkmaar in the Europa League on Thursday. Solskjaer has taken a 21-man squad for Thursday night’s Europa League clash, but will be without the World Cup winner.
Pogba played the entire 90 minutes against Arsenal on Monday night, but is continuing to struggle with a foot injury suffered in August. The club declared he has been left at home for “a period of further rest and conservative treatment for the foot injury he sustained during the game against Southampton in August”.
The French star joins Anthony Martial, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Luke Shaw and Phil Jones in sitting out the trip. Wan-Bissaka missed Monday night’s match with tonsillitis and is still not 100 per cent.

Manchester United squad:
Goalkeepers: David De Gea, Sergio Romero, Lee Grant
Defenders: Diogo Dalot, Victor Lindelof, Harry Maguire, Axel Tuanzebe, Marcos Rojo, Brandon Williams
Midfielders: Scott McTominay, Nemanja Matic, Fred, James Garner, Andreas Pereira, Juan Mata, Jesse Lingard, Angel Gomes.
Forwards: Tahith Chong, Marcus Rashford, Mason Greenwood, Daniel James
