In one of the most prestigious youth tournaments in the world, the Iscar Cup, Real Madrid's under-7 side were crowned champions on Saturday after beating Rayo Vallecano via penalties.
The Vallecanos were the team of the tournament and it was an evenly contested final, as they were capable of eliminating Barcelona in the semi-finals.
Rayo opened the scoring but Real fought their way back with a goal from their captain Pablo and especially promising Paulo Iago.
The match went down to the wire, while Villarreal won the consolation game against Barcelona for the third place finish.
