Brazilian teenager Augusto Galvan is reportedly close to securing a move to Europe with Real Madrid leading the race to sign midfield sensation.
The 17-year-old burst into the limelight thanks to starring performances for Sao Paolo in the 2015 edition of the Al Kass International Cup, lifting his side to a second-placed finish behind Paris Saint-Germain.
Despite this, the playmaker has struggled for game time at the club this past year and is targeting a fresh start in Europe.
With his contract expiring on December 31, Galvan could, in fact, be handed a lifeline with both Real Madrid and Barcelona currently locked in a battle to sign the midfielder, Los Blancos reportedly the favourites to seal the player's signature.
However, due to restrictions on the transfer of minors, Galvan cannot fly to Europe until at least March 25 next year when the player turns 18, with any transfer unable to be completed until the summer.
