Many factors have been labelled as the culprit for Manchester United's shock run of losses but coach Jose Mourinho has suggested that Luke Shaw is one man responsible.
The left-back has returned to the team after missing most of last season with a broken leg and initially impressed, only to be part of a Red Devils side falling to a 3-1 loss at Watford on Sunday.
"There are similarities between the first goal for Manchester City and the second that we conceded to Watford," explained the Portuguese tactician. "[City wing-back Aleksandar] Kolarov comes forward and my players do not pressure him, creating a difficult situation for winning the ball.
"When Watford make it 2-1, [Nordin] Amrabat has the ball and is 25 yards from goal, and even then our left-back [Shaw] doesn't pressure him, he should not wait."
Still just 21, the England international moved to Old Trafford from Southampton for around 40 million euros in 2014.
