Clinical Las Palmas brush Real Betis aside

1 month ago  Raphael   Sport News

A four-goal haul gave Las Palmas three points on Sunday night against Real Betis despite Los Amarillos having less shots than the visitors.
Jese Rodriguez rounded off the scoring with a late penalty after a first strike of the season for Vicente Gomez, and Kevin-Prince Boateng and Jonathan Viera also got in on the 4-1 win.
Falling to their third defeat in a row, Betis notched a consolation via Rafa Navarro at Estadio Gran Canaria.
Although their European dream is all-but over, Las Palmas consolidate their mid-table position with the victory, leaving Betis 15th and nine points above relegation.
